Uni-Screen inks are ultraviolet cureable silkscreen inks for flatbed and/or rotary screen presses. These inks are formulated for adhesion and flexilibity for prniting on a variety of rigid and flexible plastic substrates.

Plasticure H/S
High speed Plasticure inks are the next in line for the dry-offset production of small and large pre-formed containers. With Plasticure H/S inks, misting is almost non-existent, making Plasticure H/S well suited for the fastest production speeds of modern mandrel equipped presses. These inks meet all indirect food contact and health standards and the stringent requirements of California’s Proposition 65. Plasticure inks have very low odor, making them ideal for printing on plastics used in the food packaging such as PVC, PE, PP, and Polystyrene.

UV- Hybrid Inks
Gans UV-Hybrid inks are designed for commercial and folding cartons, but have also been used on various plastic substrates with much success. UV-Hybrid inks virtually eliminate gloss back and provide the highest gloss achievable with in-line UV or Aqueous coating applications. They are also formulated to be more press friendly than standard UV technology. Also, this system is compatible with various rubber compounds, when conventional Ink systems are occasionally utilized.

No-Lam Inks
No-Lam ultraviolet curable inks have been specifically formulated for sheetfed printing of plastic cards. These inks are made to be press polished in the normal laminating step and require no laminating overlay or overprint coating of any kind.
