Low-Zone Plastic UV


Gans Ink and Supply Company introduces low energy UV printing inks are compatible with Komori H/UV and Heidelberg LE curing systems. Our Low-Zone Plastic inks exhibit outstanding wet trap values, outstanding dot reproduction, excellent transfer, stable color control, high gloss levels, and excellent cure even at press speeds in excess of 13,000 IPH. Gans Low-Zone Plastic series has excellent adhesion to most plastic surfaces with acceptable ink receptivity. Pre testing is advised.

    Low-Zone Plastic inks are available in 4/C Process and Dense black. Please note that while Low Zone Plastic inks adhere to most treated plastics, foils, and other non-absorbent substrates. We recommend pre-testing prior to production to determine proper formulation.

  • Storage

    Store in a cool, dry area. Avoid exposure to direct light. When stored as recommended, shelf life is six months.

  • Safety Precautions

    Typical with all UV inks, Low-Zone inks may cause skin and eye irritation upon contact. Follow proper handling procedures outlined in the SDS.
