Gans Ink and Supply Company introduces low energy UV printing inks are compatible with Komori H/UV and Heidelberg LE curing systems. Our Low-Zone inks exhibit outstanding wet trap values, outstanding dot reproduction, excellent transfer, stable color control, high gloss levels, and excellent cure even at press speeds in excess of 18,000 IPH.

  • Availability

    Low-Zone inks are available in 4/C Process, Dense black, and Pantone shades. Fade resistant colors are available upon request. Please note that while Low Zone inks may adhere to some treated plastics, foils, and other non-absorbent substrates, we recommend pre-testing prior to production to determine proper formulation.

  • Storage

    Store in a cool, dry area. Avoid exposure to direct light. When stored as recommended, shelf life is six months.

  • Safety Precautions

    Typical with all UV inks, Low-Zone inks may cause skin and eye irritation upon contact. Follow proper handling procedures outlined in the SDS.
